Shipping outside of the UK is £7.99.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of the ordering process from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 2:00pm will be dispatched First Class Recorded Delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched First Class Recorded Delivery the following day. Orders processed after 2:00pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday. All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.

Sadly the postal service is the only thing we have no control over so please allow upto 7 working days for delivery during busier times in the UK and upto 14 days for overseas orders.

Larger and/or personalised items may take a little longer and be sent via a different courier. This will be noted on the Product Information page and we will aim to keep you fully up to date on the delivery process.

It is your responsibility to return the cancelled order in suitable packaging to avoid loss or damage.

We shall make a full refund for any goods returned under this term within a reasonable time, using the same method of payment as your purchase.

You will NOT be entitled to a refund on your delivery cost, or any return postage costs you may incur.

Please note that we do not normally accept cancellation of made to order items.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

In the event of damage, faulty goods or short supply, you shall notify us in writing as soon as possible and in all cases within two days from the date of delivery of any alleged damage, fault or shortage. If you do not comply with this provision, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. We shall be given the opportunity to inspect and rectify the issue. Should the alleged problem be proven, our liability shall be limited to rectifying the fault, replacing the goods or refunding the price at our absolute discretion. We shall be under no liability whatever to you for any consequential or indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit and extra labour costs) suffered by you arising out of the proven problem.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability

We aim to ensure that all information on the www.richandrobin.co.uk is accurate. However, occasionally an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order with the correct information or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you by the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either: offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.

We accept payment from all major credit/debit cards through Protx secure server and Paypal. Payment is deducted from your account when your order is processed.
