Cancellation Rights

You, as a consumer have a statutory right to cancel the contract at any time until seven working days after the day following delivery. You must however understand that this statutory right of cancellation does not apply to orders which are customised to your requirements. This right is also subject to our following Return Procedure:

The product must be in a new, unused and re-saleable condition on return with all tags and labels attached.

You must inform us in writing within the relevant time by emailing info@richandrobin.co.uk.

It is your responsibility to return the cancelled order in suitable packaging to avoid loss or damage.

We shall make a full refund for any goods returned under this term within a reasonable time, using the same method of payment as your purchase. We will only refund postage if a full order is returned to us. If part of an order is returned then delivery will not be refunded as this part of our service has been completed.

Please note that we do not normally accept cancellation of made to order items.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices and charges on the Site are in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details please refer to Shipping and Returns). Prices, offers and products are subject to availability.

We accept payment from all major credit/debit cards through Protx secure server and Paypal. Payment is deducted from your account when your order is processed.

Liability

We will not be responsible for any damage caused to you or your dog, related or as a consequence of inappropriate usage of the products you purchase from us, nor from any loss resulting from an accident, such as, but not limited to the loss of your dog.

We would like to remind you that any products you purchase from www.richandrobin.co.uk are sold "as is" and with no other warranty, other than any one that may be provided by the product manufacturer.

At Rich and Robin you can create a secure account and log into it at anytime to check your delivery status, previous orders, outstanding orders and to update your contact and delivery information. You can also contact us regarding orders via this method.
