Shipping

Currently we only ship products within the UK. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.50, or is free on orders over £40. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Recorded and require a signature upon delivery, unless otherwise stated (e.g engraved ID tags/dog beds).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of the ordering process from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 2:00pm will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders processed after 2:00pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Sadly the postal service is the only thing we have no control over so please allow upto 7 working days for delivery during busier periods.

• Monday 26th December - No dispatch.
• Tuesday 27th December - No dispatch.
• Wednesday 28th December - Normal dispatch.
• Thursday 29th December - Normal dispatch.
• Friday 30th December - Normal dispatch.
• Saturday 31st December - No dispatch.
• Sunday 1st January 2012 - No dispatch.
• Monday 2nd January 2012 - No dispatch.
• Tuesday 3rd January 2012 - Normal dispatch resumes.

Returns Policy

You must inspect the goods as soon as practicable upon delivery.

In the event of damage, faulty goods or short supply, you shall notify us in writing as soon as possible and in all cases within two days from the date of delivery of any alleged damage, fault or shortage. If you do not comply with this provision, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. We shall be given the opportunity to inspect and rectify the issue. Should the alleged problem be proven, our liability shall be limited to rectifying the fault, replacing the goods or refunding the price at our absolute discretion. We shall be under no liability whatever to you for any consequential or indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit and extra labour costs) suffered by you arising out of the proven problem.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
