When will my order be dispatched?
- We dispatch orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day. Personalised/larger items (e.g dog beds, dog id tags) will be dispatched directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 7 days to arrive.
- How can I pay for an order?
- We accept payments online from all major credit cards or via Paypal if you prefer.
- How much is delivery?
- First Class UK Delivery is £3.50.
Orders outside of the UK will be charged a flat rate fee of £7.00 for delivery. This does not include engraved ID tags which are delivered free anywhere in the world. Dog beds cannot be shipped outside of Mainland UK.
- How quickly will I receive my order?
- All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded which should reach you in 1-3 days.
International orders can take upto 14 days for delivery.
- What if I miss my delivery?
- Most items are sent via Royal Mail. If you're not available when they attempt delivery a "while you were out card" should be left with information on where to collect your parcel, or re-arrange delivery.
If you have not received your goods within seven days, please do contact us and we'll track it for you.
- The product I want is out of stock?
- We have live stock levels built into our website. If the item you want is out of stock then you will not be able to add this item to your basket. However, you can email us and we'll let you know when the item is expected back in stock.
- I have received my order but it is incorrect/damaged
- If you have received your order and it is incorrect or damaged then please accept our apologies. Please contact us immediately so we can put things right.
- Do you have a shop I can visit?
- Rich and Robin is currently an online only store.
