Spend over £40 and receive FREE first class delivery within the UK. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £3.95 on all other orders, unless otherwise stated on the product information page.

Shipping outside the UK is £7.99.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of the ordering process from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 2:00pm will be dispatched First Class Recorded Delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched First Class Recorded Delivery the following day. Orders processed after 2:00pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday. All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.

Sadly the postal service is the only thing we have no control over so please allow upto 7 working days for delivery during busier times in the UK and upto 14 days for overseas orders.

Larger and/or personalised items (e.g. dog beds) may take a little longer and be sent via a different courier. This will be noted on the Product Information page and we will aim to keep you fully up to date on the delivery process.
