Our delivery charges are outlined below:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of the ordering process from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 2:00pm will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders processed after 2:00pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday. All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and require a signature on delivery.

Sadly the postal service is the only thing we have no control over so please allow upto 7 working days for delivery during busier times in the UK and upto 14 days for overseas orders.

Larger and/or personalised items (e.g. dog beds, engraved ID tags) may take a little longer and be sent via a different courier. This will be noted on the Product Information page and we will aim to keep you fully up to date on the delivery process.
